Dan M.
Technical Operator & Co-Founder
Dan is a technical operator who has spent his career building and launching multiple products and systems across fast-moving environments.
He is responsible for the systems, infrastructure, and execution behind Noviqo, making sure Sebastian runs reliably at scale.
Outside of work, you’ll find him snowboarding in Lake Tahoe, mountain biking through some of Northern California’s best trails or practicing BJJ.
Gus C.
Operator & Co-Founder
Gus is a hands-on operator with a background in launching and scaling startups, from early-stage tech products to real-world mobility and brick-and-mortar businesses.
At Noviqo, he focuses on product direction, customer experience, and making sure Sebastian actually solves real problems for real businesses.
Outside of work, he’s usually training (lifting or CrossFit) or out in South Florida on anything that floats, rides, and has an engine.
